Shipping & Returns

We have a $5 flat rate for all shipping in the states, although orders over $50 have free shipping included! Our soft cones have an extra shipping price built into the price of the cone to accommodate for the heavier weight. International shipping will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

 

We will send you tracking code via email provided at checkout so you don't have to wait at your window looking for your post-person (although you might want to anyway to keep your pup company while they people watch)!

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Contact within five days of delivery, ship items back within fourteen days of delivery, or request a cancellation before the item has been shipped. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged - custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return: buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchange details: If you cancel the order before the item is sent, the total with shipping will be refunded. If the item has already been shipped and you cancel the order, just refuse the package and I will refund you the cost of the item minus any and all shipping costs, including shipping to you and any additional fees to be shipped back to us.

After the item reaches you and you have opened the package, returns and refunds are only given if the item has been returned in condition it was sent out in (new and unused), and no later than fifteen days after you initially received the item/s. No refund on initial shipping cost or cost of return shipping, only the cost of the item itself. Absolutely no refunds on custom orders, sorry.
